She didn’t have to abandon her ambition, she just redefined her relationship with it.📍 In 2016, she left Caracas, Venezuela, to start a new chapter in Lima, Peru.
📍 In 2019, she experienced a deep mindset shift through meditation, breathwork, and visualization.
📍 She strengthened her inner practice through silent retreats in the Sacred Valley of Cusco, where clarity became non-negotiable.Today, she brings over 6 years of embodied mindfulness to her clients.
She’s a Certified Meditation Coach, Yoga Instructor (RYS 200 – Beyond Time Yoga, 2022), and Certified Meditation Teacher (Be Love Generation, 2024).Now, she helps professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders break free from mental overdrive,
